We act as an agent between our guests and airlines, hotels and other tour operators providing a range of services.As such, we will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, accident, delay or inconvenience caused by principal suppliers. Quotes are subject to change, without prior notice, due to currency fluctuations.

Quotes are subject to availability of flights in IT (our discounted) class and availability of accommodation at the time of confirmation.

30% non-refundable deposit to secure booking, and full payment one month prior to date of travel.

For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within 48 hours to secure the booking.

All rates quoted are discounted and subject to payment by direct bank transfer into our account. Credit Card payment will accrue a surcharge.

All quotes are valid for 5 days subject to suppliers rates staying the same

No quote constitutes a booking and bookings are only confirmed once a deposit has been received.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

• 8 - 6 weeks before travel : 30% of total
• 6 - 4 weeks before travel : 50% of total
• < 4 weeks before travel : 100% of total
